      Curriculum structure
Drafting of a curriculum structure & specification of learning outcomes aiming to cover the needs of VET provision, following consultation with training, academic, and industry experts on skills complementarities.

       Μassive Open Online Course
Development of Open Educational Resources integrated into a modular Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), accessible via desktop or mobile devices and available in 6 languages (English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French and Greek).

       Mobile App
A practical web-based tool for wind turbine technicians, providing step-by-step guidance on installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Multilingual and mobile-friendly (Android/iOS), it’s ready to use via the QR code below.

Virtual Conference

Organisation of WINd training seminars, national Info Days, and a Virtual EU Conference, aimed at engaging trainers, workers, students, and sector stakeholders while promoting reskilling opportunities and project results across Europe.

A practical guide for trainers and WBL mentors to support, engage, and effectively implement the WINd course and app in work-based learning settings.

      Career support platform
An online resource developed within the WINd project to help energy-sector workers navigate their transition into the wind industry. It offers practical interview guidance, career transition support, and access to current job opportunities, providing a clear pathway toward employment and growth in the wind energy sector.
