On 4 December 2025, the WINd final Virtual EU Conference successfully brought together stakeholders, project partners, and wind energy professionals from across Europe to mark the conclusion of the WINd project.
The Conference focused on the presentation of the WINd project outputs, including digital learning tools and career support resources developed to support the reskilling and transition of workers into the wind energy sector. Participants also engaged in a high level expert discussion on current workforce challenges, skills needs, and just transition pathways within the European wind industry.
The programme featured contributions from leading sector professionals, providing insights into evolving labour market demands and the importance of structured training and upskilling. A final discussion and networking session allowed for direct exchange between partners, experts, and stakeholders.
The event was recorded and made available online to extend its reach beyond the live audience, strengthening the project’s dissemination impact at European level.
