We intend to developed a Career Support platform integrated within this website, organise an event with the goal of training VET providers in the field of wind energy and additionally 3 pilot-training seminars in Spain, Portugal and Germany by project partners AEE, IPVC and BZEE.
Career support platform:
The creation of an integrated career support platform on the project website to offer interested workers access to available job opportunities in the wind energy sector.
Train-the-Trainer event:
The organization of a train-the-trainer event, aimed at reaching and training 30 trainers using the WINd materials.
Training Seminars:
The organization of 3
pilot training seminars, aimed at upskilling >240 workers.
